The new hospitality hub of Addington

The historic Addington Woods Mill is set to become the newest hospitality hot spot for Christchurch.
Stage 01 plans have now been released and expressions of interest are now available.
Stage 02 will begin mid next year and consist of 2 new architecturally designed office and retail buildings that will provide stunning juxtaposition to the existing brick grain store. This project is an exciting and much needed development for Christchurch and will help preserve our history whilst offering tenants safe, stunning and unique premises with rare iconic character.



Stage 01 - Grain Store

Currently undergoing a transformation, the project is due to be completed for Spring 2012 and will house some of Christchurchs most popular and iconic venues. With a mix of bars, restaurants, cafes, theatres, cinemas and micro breweries, this destination will be an exciting night out.

Located in Wise Street, just off Lincoln Road - the location is ideally situated to within easy travelling distance from Addtington, Riccarton, Hagley Park and all the surrounding complexes such as Hazeldean, Show Place and Tower Junction.
