I have lived on the shore for about 30 years buying and selling a number of properties over that period for personal satisfaction and an improved lifestyle. Having lived and enjoyed being on the shore for that length of time has meant that I have developed a strong association with the area and a great understanding of the needs and desires of those living on the shore. This has been encouraged by being actively involved with the local community, giving many years to such associations as Tennis Northern, Mairangi Bay Tennis and East Coast Soccer. My involvement has been at all levels, playing, coaching and administration……….Vice President for both Tennis Northern and East Coast Bays Soccer and most pleasing was the 9 years as president of Mairangi Bay Tennis club. My working career has seen me in various roles in sales and marketing management for a number of large corporates, NZ owned and internationally owned. This has given me a very good understanding of what customer satisfaction is all about when dealing with people who are making a significant purchase or a minor one. So I decided that it was about time I brought all of the above skills, passions and knowledge together hence my decision to join Harcourts real estate in Mairangi Bay, they are a very well respected company both on the Shore, Auckland, New Zealand and internationally.
