I have lived on the shore for about 30 years buying and selling a number of properties over that period for personal satisfaction and an improved lifestyle. Having lived and enjoyed being on the shore for that length of time has meant that I have developed a strong association with the area and a great understanding of the needs and desires of those living on the shore. Commercial SalesOriginally from Opotiki, Bay of Plenty, my first sales experience was with the local Ford dealership. That was over 40 years ago. Since then, I have traveled, worked extensively overseas with International Marine Seismic Surveys, and oil rigs in the Middle East, India and Asia. Since returning home, I have developed and sold various successful businesses as business owner/operator over 30 years period that include setting up a variety of new Franchises agencies in different locations, one of which involve International Food Franchise Group in which I was awarded the Top National award for the best Franchisee. I have also owned developed horticulture block of land in Opotiki. My leisure time is taken up with fishing and enjoying the best what Auckland coastal waters has to offer, though in my younger days, hunting played a significant part of my life. I do personally own a portfolio of real estate investments and do understand that the commercial side of benefits. I moved up to North Shore over 12 years ago, to be closer to our children’s education. I decided to join Harcourts group over 6 years ago and have successfully sold motels, hotels throughout New Zealand, leasing and selling businesses and commercial properties. I have made very good business contacts both locally and overseas that had greatly contributed in my commercial career. With personal experience in past successful ownerships in a numerous projects and businesses, I do have the advantage, practical know how and negotiation skills to get the job done.

Sales/Leasing ConsultantBorn at Devonport, I have lived my life on The Shore so I give myself the label of a local boy. Educated at Westlake, and pursued all my sporting interests on the North Shore as I believe in being patriotic. I have been fortunate to excel in a couple of my sports and this gave some profile to me at that time. Early in my working life I started a business in the clothing trade which I had for about 18years. Married with two children and a step child and now two grand children life is constantly changing. I have a strong interest in boating fishing and diving and spend much time cruising our magnificent coast. I started real estate in the late 1990's with Olsen Everson as their commercial agent and have stayed with commercial/industrial since. Through a series of 'buy outs' I became a Harcourts agent 4 years ago and have enjoyed every moment of the Cooper & Co.orginisation. My principal business is development sites and added value commercial properties. These include The Fox Center inception, many large apartment developments in the city [over a thousand apartments] many industrial sites in our main industrial locations and several lifestyle block developments in Auckland and around the country. I believe that my strength is being able to identify potential properties which have some way of adding value. This may not always be that obvious so this is where my experience of several up and down turns in the property business over the years shows.

SalesAfter completing a BPA degree at Auckland University, Tim commenced his commercial real estate career in late 1989 and was part of the Colliers Jardine sales team for eight years followed by five years at Impact Real Estate and then Harcourts Commercial.
