Lindsay Curd

With considerable experience across a formidable range of industries Lindsay offers a multi-faceted perspective for commercial real estate. Alongside past commitments in manufacturing, retailing and publishing he’s also a qualified pharmaceutical chemist and spent 15 years in South Korea working in international trade. He returned to Christchurch and joined Grenadier in 2006 to deliver the same passion, commitment and loyalty to his clients. Penelope Shrimpton

Coming from a family of engineers, Penelope developed a real passion for the building industry and real estate at an early age. Penelope’s career naturally saw her gain extensive experience with developers, architects and the building industry. Penelope became a top rookie salesperson in 1987 and by 1991, was marketing properties in Asia. It is no surprise therefore that Penelope has extensive network of contacts in the real estate industry. Not afraid to knock n anyone’s door, Penelope enjoys face-to-face contact and will readily jump on a plane to meet clients and promote an opportunity or negotiate a deal.

Simon Rowland-Jones

Simon Rowland-Jones has an extensive background in import-export markets and business ownership, which has provided a sound base for his successful career in commercial real estate. Over the years, Simon has developed his invaluable network of connections internationally including high profile international institutional investment groups, hotel and tourism operators and property investors/developers. Many of his clients have directly benefited from these connections ensuring Simon is able to offer clients a confidential and discrete real estate service, which is so often required with commercial and business sales. Chris Chapman

Chris spent ten years working at Telecom where he managed their South Island Network Portfolio, joined Bayleys in 1999 where he successfully managed the Upper South Island portfolio of LINZ for 2 years and their South Island portfolio for further 2 1/2 years before stepping into the commercial environment at Grenadier in 2006. Chris has vast experience in acquisitions, leasing, reviews, facilities management and general administration, particularly of large portfolios.

Having spent 18 months working as an administrator for the Grenadier Commercial team and Business Brokers, Louise also worked as a residential salesperson prior to joining Grenadier in 2008. Louise brings to the role an enthusiastic, bubbly attitude, professional manner and passion for people.

Vickie joined Harcourts Commercial in 2007. She has strong administration skills and building knowledge gained in 8 years in the building facilities maintenance field. She was responsible for the liaison and monitoring of maintenance and project works, including experience with large portfolios such as the Christchurch City Council.
