    Buyers and sellers of Real Estate Property and Businesses, wish to be assured that they are dealing with someone who has the experience and education to understand and thereby satisfy their business and property needs. As a happily married business person, father and grandfather, I find it is important to be able to relate to, and empathise with my clients whether they are buying and selling, or leasing property of any type. At these times client's stress levels are usually maximised. Life has been very busy as my wife and I developed and sold four retail businesses, and built the family homes for our family of six who have now established their own lives. After being a member of a strong insurance team and later appointed manager, this assisted me when alongside of my clients during the sale and purchase process. Many of my out of work hours were on school committees, scout groups, as well as business and promotional associations. Being a .Councillor in a Local Authority broadened my horizons and gave me an insight into what makes a community tick. Being a Past President of the local Rotary Club and on church committees also added to the skills needed to lead in my local community. This range of experiences has provided me with the ability to frequently anticipate and understand my client's needs and expectations. Over the years, business seminars and up-skilling courses relating to my vocation at the time allowed me to assist my clients in our business dealings and taught me a major lesson at an early age. If you don't know the answer to a client's problem or question, be aware where the answer can be found and guide the client in that direction. Having people with whom I have developed a business association enables me to assist clients when help is needed! Understanding the basic business psyche of buying, selling, setting-up and managing with their attendant risks and benefits, means that I can provide Tenants, Owners, Buyers and Sellers alike, with a background of understanding and skills to ensure their explicit needs are met. My intention is to always provide empathetic understanding and helpful professional low-risk agreements and therefore I believe you will be able to entrust your property marketing and business matters with me with full confidence.
