Buddy Lawrence
Commercial Sales ConsultantAfter spending a number of years with the N.Z. Ministry of Agriculture & Fisheries, and being awarded a Winston Churchill Fellowship to travel to Canada, the USA, Britain and Europe to study facets of the fishing industry, Buddy started a building and joinery business where he first became interested in real estate, obtaining his salespersons ticket in 1982. After a stint marketing houses it became apparant that Commercial Real Estate was his passion so after several years of selling and leasing many of Nelsons premium properties, Buddy moved to Harcourts late in 2011 where he is currently involved with sales and marketing of commercial, industrial and investment properties. Buddy has a wealth of experience, so even if you just need some help, or free advise, give him a call and he will be happy to share his knowledge with you.
